Actuarial Analyst

Job Summary:

This  assists Actuarial  in providing  actuarial  to achieve business objectives  the company.

Duties

Work  other functions  complete UAT  policy admin system, sales quotation system,  accounting system

Perform  analytic  experience  to identify business opportunities  issues

Perform actuarial valuation  Group EV, Group IFRS,  statutory basis  evaluate financial  of  company

Project company cash flow  business planning

Perform  pricing  optimize stakeholder value  business results

Prepare actuarial reports required  internal  regulator  approval

Validate reinsurance transactions

Requirements

Education – Bachelor’s Degree  Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics,  relevant discipline

Experience – Prior  experience  actuarial field  be  advantage  not  must

Strong analytical skill

Good interpersonal  communication  in English  Khmer (both written  verbal)

Business Analysis Manager

Job Summary:

This  directs report  Head  IT  is  for business analysis  functions within IT which acts  an intermediary function between  Business Users  the IT solution providers. To  research, analytics  business justification  support solution  and decision-making process  solution approval. To manage  solution providers  solution delivery  per agreed expectations. To Manage  UAT process towards timely implementation  systems go-live.

Duties

Drive  stakeholders  completion  documentation relating  business requirement capturing  system designing specifications  required verifications  sign-off. (URSs  SFSs)

Provide necessary  and guidance  the Users  well  Solution Providers  transform User Requirements  Systems Functional Specs

Evaluate best suitable solutions  AIA  business justifications  recommendations  management approval

Manage solution providers through  RFP, Procurement  sourcing, legal  technology risks  documentation  timely payments  ensure successful closure  the  (solution delivery  implementation)

Manage  UAT process  solution implementations  timely go-live

Work  Business Users  ensure preparation  validations  UAT plans including  Test Scripts  per  signed off URSs/ SFSs

Maintain close  relationship  the  Functional Users  well  the Solution Providers  ensure smooth execution  projects until its successful closure

Ensure carrying out people development  motivation  sufficiently  ensure availability  right competencies  solution delivery  expected by  senior management

Perform other responsibilities  duties periodically assigned by  reporting authority  order  achieve  overall functional objectives  the division

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree level education  business, IT  similar field

Professional training, diploma  certification  Business Analysis  similar field  expertise

At least 5  of  experience  similar functional environment  responsibilities

Duties

This  processes payroll, compensation  commission calculation  sales force (Banca Life Planners)  execute other sales operational processes  support sales force.

Duties

Process monthly compensation package  Premium Banca Life Planners (PBLPs)

Prepare monthly pay-slip  distribution  PBLPs

Work  relevant stakeholders  produce PBLPs  all channels

Prepare campaign reports  commission  lead generation  bank partner

Collaborate  IT regarding system enhancement/upgrade

Attend  questions  BLPs  superiors regarding payroll

Exercise professionalism  maintain confidential information  to payroll operations

Perform other responsibilities  projects periodically assigned by direct  and Chief Partnership Distribution  in order  fulfill business requirements

Requirements

This  assists  premium  from  stakeholders  provides supports  to underwriting tasks & reporting.

Duties

Control Premium  from every channel (Automation  Manual receipting);

Reconcile  receipting cases  verify  accuracy;

Refund premium  clients  not-captured policy;

Settle  communicate  all premium  vendors  finance department;

Work closely  Panel doctors, Distribution department  quality  submission;

Support New  function  release  collect deferment  (if needed);

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree  business administration  similar field;

At least 3  of  experience  insurance operations, New  or Underwriting  life insurance  general insurance industry;

Proficient use  English  office computer;

Good analytical skill, communicative skill, customer service-oriented  interpersonal skill;
